The origins of Gaz:
Gaz dates back to 450 years ago in Isfahan when artisan confectionery makers combine the sap found on the Tamarisk tree with flour, a roasted variety of Nuts and Egg white in traditional and industrial workshops.
Our Gaz comes in four varieties of Saffron, Almond, Pistachio and mixes almond with pistachio. They are wrapped in individual bite-size portions for maximum freshness.
