Tuscan Pork with Saffron

Juicy pork, herbs and flavours to satisfy the whole family - you just can’t go past ribs!

You’ll need:

  • 2 tablespoons of Tuscan + Saffron spice blend
  • 2 - 3 racks (depending on size) of pork loin ribs
  • Half a cup of cooking oil of choice
  • 1 garlic clove, grated or very finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of Saffron Honey


  1. Preheat your oven to 150°C.
  2. Line two baking trays with non-stick baking paper.
  3. Mix the Tuscan + Saffron spice blend with oil and garlic
  4. Coat each rack then place on the baking tray and cover with foil.
  5. Roast the ribs until the meat is tender, around 60 minutes.
  6. Once the meat pulls away from the bone remove from the oven and baste with Saffron Honey
  7. Return to the oven uncovered to cook for another 15 - 20 minutes - baste again at the halfway point.
  8. Remove from the oven and serve next to a leafy salad.
