Tuscan Pork Ribs with Saffron

Juicy pork, herbs and flavours to satisfy the whole family - you just can’t go past ribs!
- 2 tablespoons of Tuscan + Saffron spice blend
- 2 - 3 racks (depending on size) of pork loin ribs
- Half a cup of cooking oil of choice
- 1 garlic clove, grated or very finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons of Saffron Honey
- Preheat your oven to 150°C.
- Line two baking trays with non-stick baking paper.
- Mix the Tuscan + Saffron spice blend with oil and garlic
- Coat each rack then place on the baking tray and cover with foil.
- Roast the ribs until the meat is tender, around 60 minutes.
- Once the meat pulls away from the bone remove from the oven and baste with Saffron Honey
- Return to the oven uncovered to cook for another 15 - 20 minutes - baste again at the halfway point.
- Remove from the oven and serve next to a leafy salad.
