Processing
All orders are processed within 48 hours of the confirmation of the sale.
Because all of our products are unique, developed, and created in-house, some items may take 3-5 business days to be made for your order.
Shipping
We are an Australian-based company using Australia Post to ship to 70+ countries.
All standard national deliveries are expected to be delivered within seven to ten working days throughout Australia except for holidays such as Christmas and New Year's.
All national express deliveries are expected to be delivered within two to four business days.
International deliveries to the USA are expected to be delivered within twenty-one working days; however, due to COVID-19 restrictions, this time may vary.
Canada and European countries can expect four weeks for delivery.

Shipping Confirmation
Please make sure you leave your email address at the checkout so we can send you a tracking number for your order.

Return Shipping
To return your product, please first email us and we will provide you with a return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. This will guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
