Our Saffronice blend is a mixture of ginger, pepper, ground coriander, turmeric, allspice and cinnamon make for a perfect Moroccan marinade when added to a little olive oil and lemon juice. Use it with meat, poultry or fish tagines. It can also be added to couscous to bring warmth and a gentle, but exotic spice to your grains.
