Ingredients: Almond meal, Saffron Powder, Rose petals, Orange blossom, Cardamom, Baking Powder
- Pour packet mix into a bowl; add 90gr (2 tablespoons) honey or your choice of sweetener.
- Add the zest of one lime
- Add 3 eggs (if you like a fluffier cake then beat the egg whites separately until solid and add at the next step.)
- Stir for a few minutes until completely mixed
- Add the juice of ½ a lime to the mixture
- Pour into 6 cupcake liners or 2 medium-size cake trays
- Add a few almond slices or your choice of topping
- Cook for 30 minutes or until golden in a fan-forced oven set at 160C‘
- Decorate with berries or jam
