Yellow Mustard Seed
Our yellow mustard seeds add a gentle mustard-like sweetness to dishes, without the outright heat of mustard powder or the knockout punch of a condiment like English mustard. When dry, in a rub, they will give little pops of flavour to a dish, while, once cooked and mixed with liquid, they impart a stronger, more noticeable taste and background warmth.
Try some in a salad dressing. They are great with leafy greens, such as brussels sprouts or cabbage. Of course, they are ideal for Indian curries or daals, but they are also great with beef dishes, steaks and tuna too.
