Inspired by Viking culinary practices, this unique sea salt is infused with smoke from native wood fires, echoing a tradition that adds rich, smoky flavours to cooking. Crafted using sea salt harvested from South Australia's Eyre Peninsula, it is smoked over native river red gum for over 70 hours. This traditional northern European smoking method imparts Australian red gumwood's aromatic and complex qualities to the salt, creating a distinct and versatile seasoning.
