Refund policy

At Saffronice, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’ll make it right.

1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a refund or exchange. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in their original packaging.

  • Products must be returned in good, sellable condition — free from damage, stains, or signs of use.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Opened or used personal care products such as soaps or balms (for hygiene and safety reasons)

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days of approval.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take a few days before your refund appears.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please email us at sales@saffronice.com.

6. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email sales@saffronice.com within 30 days of delivery.

7. Return Shipping

  • To start a return, please email sales@saffronice.com for the return address.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If preferred, we can provide a pre-paid return label and deduct the cost from your refund — just ask when you contact us.

  • For items valued over AUD $75, we recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance.
