Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

1.1 All orders are processed within forty-eight (48) hours of the confirmation of sale.

1.2 Orders placed after 10:00 AM AEST will be processed on the following business day.

1.3 Due to the unique nature of our products, which are developed and crafted in-house, certain items may require additional preparation time. These products may take three (3) to five (5) business days to prepare before shipment.


2. Shipping

2.1 Shipping Carrier and Coverage

Saffronice, an Australian-based company, ships domestically and internationally using Australia Post. We also ship to over seventy (70) countries worldwide. Customers seeking expedited courier options (e.g., FedEx or UPS) should contact us at sales@saffronice.com before ordering.

2.2 Domestic Deliveries (Australia)

  • Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 7–10 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Express Shipping: Typically delivered within 2–4 business days.

2.3 International Deliveries

  • United States: Typically delivered within 21 business days.

  • Canada and European Countries: Typically delivered within up to 4 weeks.

Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, postal disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control. In rare cases (such as COVID-19 restrictions or seasonal surges), additional delays may occur.


3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

3.1 Customers must provide a valid email address during checkout to receive tracking details.

3.2 Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

3.3 If you do not receive a tracking number within the stated processing times, or if you experience delivery issues, please contact us at sales@saffronice.com.


4. Return Shipping

4.1 To initiate a return, please first email sales@saffronice.com to obtain the designated return address.

4.2 Customer Responsibility:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. In the case of an approved refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

4.3 Exchanges: Delivery times for exchanged products will vary depending on the customer’s location.

4.4 High-Value Returns:
For returns valued above AUD $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without a tracking service.


5. Delivery Issues & Liability

5.1 Once shipped, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier (e.g., Australia Post).

5.2 If an item is lost or damaged in transit, we will assist you in lodging a claim with the carrier and do everything reasonably possible to resolve the issue.
