Ingredients:
For the Barramundi:
- 4 x 150g portions barramundi fillet, boned
- 2 tbsp olive oil, for frying
- 1 tbsp Saffronice Baharat Moroccan Spice Blend
- Sea Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp butter
For the Simple Prawn Broth:
- Shells and heads from 8 prawns
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 cup of water
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- A pinch of Saffronice premium Saffron (optional)

- In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add prawn shells and heads, onion, and garlic. Sauté until the shells turn pink.
- Add water and bring to a simmer. Include saffron if desired.
