How to use BBQ Smokey Rub With Saffron
BBQ Smokey Rub with Saffron is a union of spices from the Middle East and South America. This Spice Mix can be used as a dry or wet rub on all kinds of meat, vegetables and seafood.
The easiest way would be to mix a tablespoon of the BBQ Smokey Rub with a half cup of your favourite oil. Place all your meat, seafood or veggies in a large bowl and then rub your spice and oil mix into the meat or vegetable. Cover up the bowl and let it sit for 30-60 minutes. Now your meat is ready for BBQ.
For extra taste, you can leave the bowl in the fridge overnight and cook the next day.
