How to use Middle Eastern Spice Mix
Marinating your meat, chicken or seafood has never been easier with this incredible Middle Eastern Marination Spice Mix With Saffron.
Use a tablespoon or two of the spice mix and mix it with cooking oil, the mix should not be too thick so it can infuse into the protein or vegetable. For maximum flavour leave the marination in the fridge for 24hours. Once you remove your marination out of the fridge, allow it to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes or so. Meanwhile, squeeze a lime or lemon into the mix and give it a good stir.
Your meat or vegetables are not ready to be cooked on BBQ, Oven, Pan fry or any other way that you wish.
You can also use this spice mix in stews and soups for that extra special flavour.
