How to use Sunday Roast Spice Mix With Saffron
You can use the Sunday Roast Spice Mix on Lamb, Beef, Chicken, Turkey, Pork, Seafood and Vegetables. For the best result, rub a layer of the spice either mixed in oil or dry not the meat and allow it to rest overnight or a minimum of 1-2 hours. During the baking, you can rub some more of the spice mix onto the meat and vegetables.
Serve your roast with some lemon or lime for that extra kick.
Ingredients: Premium Persian Saffron, Rosemary, Black pepper, Australian sea salt, Celery seed, Thyme, Garlic, Onion & Allspice.
